  • Can I get a refund?

    All sales are final and non-refundable. It is at our discretion to provide any refunds.


    ELIGIBLE REFUNDS:


    • If the service you requested is no longer available; we will contact you regarding the issue with options to transfer or receive immediate refund. No response is automatic refund or termination of subscription.

    • If the service or script is non-operational or does not meet its advertised functions.

  • How long does activation take?

    • Activation and access usually take less than 24-hours upon receipt of payment or subscription.

    • If you're experiencing any delays and have not received access for a service, please contact us.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time visiting your account manager located in our STORE, at the bottom of each product.
  • How do I renew my subscription?

    • Subscriptions may be renewed by visiting the corresponding store page. Each product or service offers a variety of terms and lengths. Simply select the service you would like and proceed from there.
  • Do I need my original receipt?

    • Short Answer: NO. All purchases are linked to the email address that was provided during checkout.

    • In the event an incorrect email address was used or an email address change is requested (other than the one registered) the receipt is required.

  • What happens if price changes?

    • When a price change occurs (decrease) in a subscription item, all active subscribers automatically receive the pro-rated discount that is applied to their active subscriptions.

    • When a price change occurs (increase) in a subscription item, all active subscribers are automatically grand-fathered in at their current subscription rate.

>  INDICATORS

  • Why cant I find the indicator?

    In the event you make an indicator purchase or subscription and are unable to find the indicator in the platform:


    1. You do not have access to the indicator yet.
    2. You are using a different account.
    3. You are searching in the wrong field.

    New activations may take up to 24 hours from time of purchase.


    If you were granted access (order says delivered): 


    1. Try to  manually search the script name in trading platform's indicator search box. Some platforms will require you to specify 'invite-only' or 'private access'.
    2. Try to access the the scripts from our pertaining account, as they will become visible once access is granted.

  • Can I sell my Indicators here?

    • Please check back later
  • Can I have access to the source codes?

    • Access to any script's code is at the sole discretion of it's author.

    • All In-House scripts (source code) are not for sale or sharing.
  • Who are the authors of the scripts?

    • The authors of the scripts are identified and credited on the pertaining page.

    • Many of the scripts are created in-house by our members and contributors. Each is labeled as such. 

    • Additionally, we provide support and updates for all in-house scripts / indicators.
  • How do I contact an indicator's author?

    • As part of our ongoing engagement to provide an additional level of security and anonymity to our contributors, contact information is restricted.

    • Requests to contact an author may be done using our Contact Us form, and specifying the authors name in the Additional Notes field. The entire message will be sent to the specified individual.



  • What if an indicator stops working?

    If our provided indicator stops working during a subscription period:


    • You will be eligible for a partial refund or a transfer into another service.

    If our provided indicator stops working prior to your access or it's provisioning:


    • You will be eligible for a services transfer or an immediate full refund. 

    If our provided indicator is non-operational or does not meet its advertised functions:


    • You will be eligible for a services transfer or an immediate full refund. 

    NOTE: It is your responsibility to notify us during any downtime for eligibility of the above mentioned. All eligible rectifications start from the time of notification to us.
